The service

BZZ.AM provides tools to monitor beehives (including temperature, weight, humidity, sound, GPS, notes and queen records) and related content on this website.

Sensor readings are a decision aid. They do not replace in-person inspection, veterinary advice, or beekeeping judgment.

Account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Hardware

Device activation (including QR claim) binds a kit to an account. Use only genuine BZZ.AM devices and codes issued for your kit.

Connectivity, power and correct installation affect whether data arrives. We are not responsible for apiary conditions, weather, or third-party networks.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or reverse-engineer the platform except where the law allows.

Intellectual property

BZZ.AM, the bee mark, and the app design are our intellectual property. You may not copy the brand or the product for a competing service.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BZZ.AM is not liable for colony loss, harvest outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of readings or downtime.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
