Data we collect

Account data: email and authentication details you provide when you register.

Hive and device data: temperature, weight, humidity, sound-related status, device identifiers, and connection state from BZZ hardware linked to your account.

Location: hive GPS coordinates if you enable location features for a hive.

Beekeeper content: notes, queen records (breed, year, install date), and similar information you enter.

Website: standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) that a host may collect to operate https://bzz.am. This marketing site does not require an account.

Why we use data

To provide hive monitoring, history, alerts and the features in the app.

To activate and bind hardware to your account (including QR claim).

To support you when you contact us.

To keep the service secure and reliable.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers to host accounts and hive data (including our cloud backend). They process data on our instructions, not for their own marketing.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and hive history while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion by emailing support@bzz.am.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact support@bzz.am.

Children

BZZ.AM is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
