Beekeeping journal
The apiary journal in the BZZ.AM app is free. You can use it without buying a hive or a monitoring device.
- Free in the BZZ.AM app
- No device purchase required
- Inspections and notes
- Your record only — not veterinary advice
What you can record
The journal stores your own entries: inspections, feeding, treatments, disease notes, queen, brood, honey, weight, frames and supers, swarming, winter preparation, equipment, and other notes.
You can add a regular hive without a BZZ device and start an inspection from the app. Sensor charts appear only when a monitor is connected. The journal itself does not require that device.
What the journal is not
The journal is your record. It is not veterinary or medical advice.
Creating an account is enough to use it. Buying Smart Hive, the PPU hive, or the monitoring kit is optional.
